Payment Methods
On the Bois & Âme website, several payment methods are offered to allow the Customer to pay for their order simply and securely.
1) Accepted Payment Methods
The website may accept the following payment methods:
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Payment by cheque
- Cash payment upon collection, subject to prior agreement
- Credit / debit card
- Klarna
2) Payment at the Time of Order
Unless otherwise stated or specifically agreed, payment is due when the order is confirmed.
The order can only be processed after payment confirmation or, depending on the selected method, after actual receipt of the funds.
3) Payment by Card, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna
Payments made by bank card, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna are processed through the technical solutions and payment providers integrated into the website.
The Customer is invited to check the specific conditions of their bank or the relevant payment provider, particularly in the event of refusal, additional authentication or instalment payment offered by a third-party service.
4) Payment by Bank Transfer
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the necessary bank details will be provided to the Customer during the order process or after the order has been confirmed.
Order processing may be suspended until the payment has actually been received in the Seller’s account.
5) Payment by Cheque
In the case of payment by cheque, the order may be prepared or confirmed after receipt and cashing of the cheque, according to the terms communicated to the Customer.
6) Cash Payment upon Collection
Cash payment upon collection is only possible when it is expressly offered or agreed in advance between the Seller and the Customer.
7) Payment Security
Online payments are processed through specialized providers. Bois & Âme does not directly store the Customer’s full banking details on its website.
The Customer remains responsible for checking the accuracy of the information entered during payment.
8) Payment Failure or Refusal
In the event of payment refusal, lack of authorization, non-receipt of bank transfer, unpaid cheque or any payment incident, the Seller reserves the right:
- to suspend the processing of the order,
- to refuse shipment,
- or to cancel the order.
9) Prices
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros.
VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
