Delivery Methods
At Bois & Âme, we pay particular attention to the packaging and shipping of each order in order to ensure delivery adapted to the nature of our handcrafted solid wood products.
1) Delivery Area
Delivery is available in France.
2) Small Items
Small items, including wine racks and wall shelves, are shipped by Chronopost.
The indicative delivery cost for these items is generally between €6 and €10 in mainland France. These costs are payable by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated at the time of order.
3) Bulky Items
Bulky items, including tabletops, coffee tables and tabletop + legs sets, are subject to delivery by quotation.
Due to their dimensions, weight or specific transport requirements, these products are delivered by a suitable method, which may include private transport by micro-truck / minibus or another specific logistics solution.
The delivery cost is calculated individually according to the product, destination and transport constraints. It is communicated to the Customer before final confirmation of the order.
4) Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the product, its availability, its level of customization and the chosen transport method.
The delivery times communicated on the website or at the time of order are provided as estimates.
5) Receipt of the Order
At the time of delivery, the Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and the product.
- In the event of a damaged parcel, damaged product or missing item, the Customer must make precise reservations upon receipt.
- The Customer must also inform Bois & Âme as soon as possible at: boisetame@gmail.com.
