Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout mainland France. Specific pricing is available for the French Riviera region — Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Menton, etc.

What are the delivery times?

Products in stock: shipment within 5 to 7 working days.
Custom-made products: estimated production time of 8 to 12 weeks.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by:
Bank card via D177 mPOS terminal — upon delivery or pickup in Nice,
Bank transfer,
PayPal,
Cash — only for hand delivery in Nice and the surrounding area.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for personalized products.
Return costs are your responsibility.

Can custom-made products be returned?

No, products made according to your specifications or personalized are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Are natural variations in wood considered defects?

No. Knots, colour variations, grain and slight movements in solid wood are part of the natural character of the material and do not constitute a defect.
